Galllup's last study about the belonging condition and motivation that the employees feel regarding their company, throw global results that show us the following: 13% are committed, 63% are not committed and 24% are dismotivated and without any sense of belonging.

Thus, we can see that 87% of the people pass an average of 8 hours a day spending their time and energy, doing a meaningless activity to them. They take a job that doesn´t have any connection with themselves, with their colleagues or with the company.
